The Indian Ocean Beach Resort is an exclusive, cosy and luxury resort built on the site of a 16th century mosque. The Kenyan coast was once ruled by the rich Sultans of Zanzibar, hence the architecture is Arabic and a lot of antics from the Sultans Palace have been used as décor.
